Shuriken’s silver and washed lavender eye widened as she looked from her sister’s fire marked features to the leaves laid on the ground. Moving forward cautiously Ike very carefully pulled the browned leaves back to reveal the treasure inside. A deep blue object, more blue even than the ocean, caught Ike’s eye. It was brilliant, and Kit said she had thought of her when she found it. Kiyohime whined softly, her gratitude obvious in her sweet expression as she aimed to touch her nose to Kitsune’s in thanks.

”It’s so pretty, what do you think it is?” Parts of it were rounded out but Kit said it also had sharp bits. ”Where do you think we should put it?”
