Her sharper claws hurt like hell, and her quills would have certainly given him some more trouble had she been able to get in a position to stick him with them. He took a moment to catch his breath after the little wild ride he'd given her, though he kept his attention on those around him. He caught sight of the fight between his cousin and one of Valhalla's fighters, watching as Proserpina fell away from her opponent and accepting defeat. Her opponent turned to him, the pair catching each other's eye before the Valhallan female started to head his way.

He shook himself for a moment, allowing himself a moment to relax as he waited for her to get closer. As she dove towards him and swung her hips away, he was mildly surprised, though he rolled with the punch. He coiled his hind legs and sprung forward like a snake ready to strike, causing Caelia's bite to hit his shoulder instead of his neck, though he kept his momentum going as he copied her earlier movement. He swung his hips away from her so they were facing each other before he sought to charge at her and use the bulk of his chest in an attempt to bulldoze her to the ground.
