Artorias was frustrated to find that neither of his strikes made contact with his opponent, but it did allow him to continue moving. Since his momentum hadn't been stopped with impact, he was able to easily sidestep Hela's snapping jaws at his face, paws moving deftly to bring himself around to square up with her. He growled around the sword in his mouth, daring her to actually make an attempt at an attack. Artorias sprung at his opponent, tossing his sword toward her head. It was a feint attack, of course, but it was his plan to get her to avoid getting smacked in the face by a flying sword, all the while the boy leaped at her with jaws and teeth aimed for where her neck and shoulder met, attempting to bite down and get a hold of her so he could try and gat her into a submission hold or a pin and end this fight before it began.
