make a mark, plant a flag

As expected Tyrian moved with Keetie as she turned around. It wasn't until she checked on her companion nestled in his fur that he remembered the cat was there. He was so used to having a little weight on his back it barely registered at this point. Tashi sat there so often it was a wonder how there wasn't a permanent ass mark back there. "I think I could eat a whole one by myself at this point!" he shouted back. The cat hadn't moved in a bit but Tyrian figured if something was wrong with it Keetie would have said so, so he turned his attention to the path ahead. All traces of their passage so far had been wiped away. He wasn't sure what he'd been expecting exactly considering the wind, but he'd thought there would be something. Instead it looked just like the path into the unknown. The only difference, really, was the direction of the wind. "I bet it'll take us half as long to get back," he said with a laugh as the wind seemed to shove him forward. "If we had something to ride on I bet we could slide down this bridge." "" |
