Káti's focus was pulled away from Aurielle when Líni shrieked at him to look out. He had a second to set his defenses before the woman was upon him. Her fangs tore into his left thigh and he swiftly spread his remaining three limbs to stabilize himself and prevent himself from falling onto his side. Káti snarled and twisted in to his left as he sought to return the bite she'd delivered to him. He hoped to aim lower and latch onto her left ankle. He wanted a strong and powerful bite to that more delicate area, hoping to cause enough pain to force her to let him go.
