Plague eyed the bamboo that Hattori had the akitas fetch and nodded approvingly. This would work nicely. He brought his emerald gaze back to to Shogun when his name was listed along with Lament and Hela to go place the bamboo where it needed to be for their traps and he nodded readily, getting to his paws as he turned to the other two wolves. Hela was right - stealth was going to be necessary in order to pull this off and not start some kind of stampede too soon. He nodded in agreement to Lament as well when the man spoke about splitting the duties between digging the holes for the bamboo spears and keeping look out. "We can rotate out. The ground is going to be difficult to dig with it being so frozen. No need to hurt our paws more than necessary." Shouldering a portion of the cart, he nodded to the pair and added, "Lets go." He went off from the group with his designated partners, keeping a close eye on the wooly elephant like creates as they drew closer. They truly were massive and it was hard to believe that they were real. Slowly they got the traps in place and laid the ground work for the pack to hopefully have a successful hunt for one of these strange creatures.
