Malachai, only really tuned back in as his mother spoke, ears perking slightly as she spoke, doing his best to try and retain her words and try to at least understand which direction the conversation had gone, which was harder to do now that he'd zoned out halfway through... His attention turning towards the cart like object that rolled into view and man did he wish he'd paid attention now, trying to piece it together and he finally managed to grasp they were going to use it ram others the big creatures...

And then he got beaned in the head with snow... He turned quickly to glare at the prince that had flung it at his face, and bit back the smirk that crossed his face as the empress stepped in to set him straight, he rubbed his face on his shoulder and noticed that some of the adults were rising to their paws, doing the same, not wanting to miss even the little he was being let to do.
