The stocky wolf's paws hit the black sand just as another wave propelled the ice he'd been floating on forward. It grated against the sand and the aging striped man jumped from the ice before he became unsteady due to the motion. Orange eyes surveyed the land with a calculated intensity as he took in his surroundings. His face was passive as the bitter winds whipped against his muscled form and tore right through his thin coat. If they bothered him he certainly wasn't going to be the one to show it. These lands were far from different from the war ravaged place he'd come from. Their group has come in search of new lands, but at a first glance the spartan was not impressed. If the color was what lie before them then he would rise to meet the challenge, but this was far from what he expected. He shuffled his paws against the black sand and drug it between his white toes. He then glanced back at the sea he'd left behind and snorted. On his travel here his red war paint had washed free leaving him just as naked as he was sure the natives here would be. He would have to look into acquiring more, but in the mean time he had other matters to attend for. He made no moves to slink like an outsider across the beach, but instead strode with purpose with his head high. Ears flicked around on high alert, but otherwise he remained unbothered. He couldn't smell Odyssia, but he was positive he wouldn't be able to track her down until he got further inland. She had been here for a lot longer than his measly few minutes. It would take him time, but he had every intention of making that his number one priority right now. Not only for the tasks they had ahead of them, but partially because the man missed the woman. They had grown close in the time they had been together. His side felt empty without the albino woman next to it. He just needed to get the lay of the land and then he'd be away from this beach. Maybe he'd even find a native to get some intel from. Walk, "Talk" Think |
