This Love, This Hate

Every sinle time she tried to think it hurt. No matter how any days had passed those memories would not return. Why? Why did this happen to her? She didn't even know who she was. A least she knew she was a wolf and how to hunt. The white figure seemed to glide over the baren land, stained with blood. Whose or how it happened she would never know. It would seem many came here, shed blood, maybe even died here. She swore she could feel the pain and suffering through her paws from the ground. Every detail about this place told a story. Some bits were missing, but one could eaily fill in the blanks. And why was she even here? She did not know. Perhaps she had nothing better to do, or maybe something was pulling her here.
Why, just why was everything a blank to her? She could growl and howl out her anger and fustration, but what was the use? No one could help her with this. I am Keita Inuya. I am a wolf. I don't come from here. I am four years old. I am blind in one eye. She thought to herself. The world around her was silent, even her paw steps, as they always would be. There was something about that she knew had come from her past. She knew for some reason one just didn't glide or float the way she did as she moved. One deep forest green eye peered about her carefully. The heat was not much today, but non the less she would need to search out water soon. The flap of wings rustled the hairs of her ear. It was on her blind side, making her nervous. She couldn't help the natural reaction to tense up and be ready to bear her teeth. Though half her sight was gone, hear hearing had sharpened. The thrumming of running paws had her twist her body quickly. It was just then an eagle and another wolf were at her side. She watched the eagle take off, the other, a female, watching it. As the dust cleared, the white ghost of a wolf remained still and silent. One good eye taking every thing she could about the other. Tail raised in a neutral level but showed she was not one to be easily dominated. Short fur ruffled in the spring breeze. If it had not been for her eye blinking once, one might think she wasn't real.
