They were chasing down something that was… a hundred, no, a billion times her size. The colossal thump, thump of their hooves hitting the earth vibrated through her skull. Her heavily beating heart was drowned out in the greater vibration.
She wasn’t sure what about the colossal beasts screamed ‘this one’ to her father, but she trusted it, and moved with the group to cut it off. Her mother and Hela breaking from the main party. She watched with her heart in her eyes. Venom was supermum but she was tiny, tiny, tiny in comparison. Soon they would be making the kill, and Kitsune and the other pups would have to break away from the hunt. She glanced towards Ike again, determined to keep her clumsy sister close.
