The eagle also did its part to urge the mammoth on, swooping and dive bombing around its head to spook it even a little bit more. He saw the herd began to separate from the one they were quickly chasing toward the edge of the canyon, glancing back to see his father and Artorias turning them the other way with some jabs at the head of that section of the herd. He focused on the mammoth in front of him, jointing the rest of the pack with snarls and howls and jabbing at its ankles, keeping it moving and refusing to let it slow down as they got it closer and closer to the cliff.
