Viper was letting her new, strange feelings fester inside her as days went on from her discovery. What had really bothered her about finding Chimera with the not-so-familiar woman was that she shared his den with him. Out of all the feelings that Viper experienced, it seemed to be the most prominent to her. She knew that's what she wanted the most, but she didn't know how to ask. She didn't like to use her voice anyway. But for whatever reason, she felt uncomfortable asking Chimera. He had made her own den off the island, like maybe he wanted that space. But she didn't understand any of it. She couldn't hold a normal relationship with her mother, how could she with Chimera even when he claimed her as his own? She finally decided what she wanted to do, she wanted to let her frustrations out. And when she finally figured out the idea of what she needed to do, she found her way across the built bridge to Chimera's island. Her steps were heavy as they hit the sands and she moved forward into the forests of the island. Her eyes scanned carefully for the woman she found with Chimera, and that would be her target. |
