The Things That Are Deadly
Dalila

It was the snarling that drew his attention. The crashing of bodies hurried the striped brutes pace and he arrived on the scene just in time to see Viper sinking her teeth into Dalila's leg. The patchwork woman began to crawl away, clearly injured on her bitten leg. Mixed emotions flared through the giant man. Part of him liked seeing Viper fighting another woman, but the other part of him was more practical. Dalila had been purchased. Viper was damaging his property. Chimera stalked forward, a snarl in his throat and his lips peeling back. He stared down at Viper, his working eye pinning hard upon the small woman. "If you break her, she can't take care of Siren." The small fae should know by now that Siren was the most important part of Chimera's life. "Never touch her again," His voice was a low growl full of warning. Turning away from the black and brown fae, Chi moved towards the limping woman. Though he'd been rough with her the previous night, it didn't mean that he held any ill will towards her. With one paw he pressed down upon Dalila, holding her still so he could inspect the wound. It didn't seem deep, but she would be sore for a while. If she was sore, she couldn't care well enough for Siren. He then helped her to her paws by scooping one of his muscular forelegs under her stomach. Once she was upright, he spoke in his typical low growl. "See to your wounds. You and Siren stick close to home tomorrow." His touches had been gentle, almost caring in a way. Entirely different from yesterday's behavior. Once Dalila moved away a bit, Chimera turned back to Viper. He stalked towards her, his gaze hard. "What's your problem?" It was obvious that something was bothering her. She might as well just get it out in the open. If she was going to keep being an idiot, he'd throw her back in her den himself. "Speech" |
Chimera is a very adult character and takes part in very adult situations. Don't read his threads. Ever.
Chi has three black Tibetan Mastiff's as guards. Assume they're very close by.
