Balthier gently pushed Shae with his nose as the torch Brandr threw obstructed their path. He quickly looked behind him to make sure no one was behind them and would trip over it either, but he didn't see anyone. He kept up his howls and growls, he was determined to keep his part in the hunt considering he couldn't do more. He wished he could be along side the adults or even down at the bottom of the drop with his father, but he knew it couldn't be that way. Maybe one day when these mammoth prey weren't on the lands. He looked back once more to psalm, a smile on his face as he let out another yodel and prepared for the giant to go over the edge as expected.
