Viper was so disgustingly irritating. Why did he even keep her around? She couldn't speak. Her actions made no sense. When he thought he knew what she was going to do, she went and did something entirely different. She didn't listen to him at all. And yet he gave a shit. If he didn't, the tri-toned man wouldn't have been so fucking worked up. She'd stalked away from him, stomping angrily off of the island and he'd gone the opposite way.
Back to the den he went, but he took the opportunity to breathe. The dire wolf calmed himself, not wanting his foul mood to make him lash out at Siren. His pace slowed and he took as much time as he needed before arriving at the den. Outside he stopped, hearing hushed voices and scenting blood. Viper had done a number on the slave girl. It wasn't acceptable and he'd told Viper as much. If Viper ever touched Dalila again, Chimera would take it out of the small woman's hide. That, he promised.
With one final deep breath, Chimera padded into the den. His eye adjusted to the change in lighting and he continued to move forward towards his own sleeping place. Something stopped him though and his gaze hardened for a moment before he turned and moved towards the alcove where Siren and her slave rested. The giant man blocked most of the doorway so he sat, allowing a bit of light in.
"Siren," he greeted his sister first. Only then did Chimera's pink gaze drift to the slave woman. "Are you alright?" His tones were low and surprisingly soft. Soft for Chimera, at least. Now that he knew why Viper had attacked Dalila, he felt somewhat responsible for her injuries.
"Chimera Quill Klein"
Chimera is a very adult character and takes part in very adult situations. Don't read his threads. Ever.
Chi has three black Tibetan Mastiff's as guards. Assume they're very close by.
