Duchess again just nodded as she explained. Though she did think that the sound of a private island was pretty odd. They had a whole other pack just wandering through their lands, but they weren't allowed on this one island? It wasn't any of her business, and she probably would never have to worry about it or think about it again. She finally looked out at the closest island, a more typical, tropical island with palm trees. She could spot from this distance some dens, she wasn't sure if they were dens that wolves lived in or dens for storage. But she wasn't too nosy. She figured she had seen enough of the islands, and asked enough questions at least. With another look towards the princess, she offered, "I think I've looked enough, we can go back to the festival." A small smile pulled at her maw but she wouldn't stand until the girl was ready. She was eager to get back to Indigo and the others, maybe she could convince Segin to get an escort out to the islands as well. |
