Despite her outwardly frail appearance Lillith was surprisingly light and fleet on her feet! The smaller yearling made for the edge of the arena, just barely keeping out of his reach until he had gotten close enough to dive for the pounce. Unfortunately for him, Artorias ended up overshooting the small girl as she slid to a halt and ducked just below his flying tackle. Again Artorias sailed over her, except this time he saw himself approaching the edge of the arena. Oh no! Abort, abort! The panicked thoughts came too late that, and Artorias' paws made contact with the ground, kicking and scrabbling against the sand to try and stop himself before he careened out of the arena. His momentum was being used against him, and this spar would all come down to this. Could he stop himself and leap back at her in time to snag the win, or would he go toppling out of the arena?
