Indigo gave it some thought, and came up with a list of what he would need. “We have surplus of these in the stores, mostly for new wolves entering the Armada, or made to teach younger wolves. How many wolves do you have, and how many will be needing these things?” there was a fine line to packing well, and taking more than you could carry. Indigo had not made a pack.

Indigo began to tell him then of a friend, and her death. He wished he could have spared his son that pain. He wasn’t sure how he felt about Indigo's band being made up of wolves injured in some way or another - would they be strong enough to defend themselves? But Indigo himself was strong, and he had found these wolves, called them his. He would protect them. Sirius could understand that, as well. “One thing Armada has always lacked is numbers in healers. I am sure what you are doing will be needed - in the Armada, and other places. That need will bring us together again, my son. I’m proud of you and what you are building.” a part of him might prefer it if his son had a band of strong wolves at his back - but sometimes you had to forge your own path, and Sirius was proud of him. He could feel it growing inside of his heart, fit to burst. By gods, but he was proud of him.
