He - carefully- charged after the small pup, chasing him towards the trees near the border of the Armada. The tiny pup’s bright colors blended surprisingly well in the grasses, which had darkened as the weather started to turn. But still, he was bright, and was easy to see, until suddenly he wasn’t. The boy vanished like a light winking out, and Mortis froze. Skidding in the ground as he slammed on his breaks.

Paused as he was, he could hear the panting breath of the younger wolf, and the panic that had started to rise within his halted. He grinned, and lifted his head, making obvious motions to sniff the air. “It’s like he vanished into thin air! No one told me Arcturus could teleport or turn invisible, what magic is this…”
