He waited as Bronze seemed to be considering his offer, silently hoping that the blue-hued boy agreed. He didn't really want to have to go looking for someone else in this weather and now that he had thought of getting into a spar he couldn't think of doing much else. He was itching to fight again to help replace the memory of his last fight and he was so sure that Bronze would be the answer! Eventually his friend did finally agree and Cina grinned, his tail giving a pleased wag. Not even a second later the other boy kicked off their spar without much warning, making Cina grin wider and quickly crouch down into a makeshift fighting stance as Bronze barreled toward him head first. He certainly wouldn't complain about his opponent being an enthusiastic fighter! Win or lose, all he wanted was for whoever he was fighting to give him a good fight and so far Bronze was doing well in that department.

Bronze ran at him and Cina did his best to brace himself for the impact, but it was hard to grip the ground when it was so muddy and slippery. What he had wanted to do was let Bronze hit him but knock his head away before he could bite his scruff, but instead when Bronze's chest slammed into his shoulder he had to put all his attention into not getting pushed over and to keep his paws under him while he slipped and slid that there was no way for him to block the other boy's teeth from grabbing ahold of his scruff. Cina retaliated, pushing back against him and throwing his shoulder into Bronze's chest while they both slid around together in the mud, dipping his head to try and bite at the upper part of Bronze's leg either to get a grip on him of his own or to deter him and make him back off.
