Jigsaw couldn't get over the odd feeling of having a place of his own, apart from his brother and apart from his deceased father. Loneliness grasped at him every waking moment, and he only wished he could be strong enough to handle it as well as Askell had. They didn't spend much time together anymore - Askell was likely respecting that Jigsaw needed space to grieve - but still he saw his brother out and about, training and growing stronger while Jigsaw felt his future had ground to a halt. He picked anxiously at a petal of a long dead flower he'd collected, tearing small holes with his claw and watching the way the dry material cracked and crumbled.

The voice at his den startled him, but he recovered quickly when he recognized the familiar tones. Help? What help could he offer to his brother? Jigsaw stood and tossed the petal aside, moving toward the mouth of the den to meet his guest and gasping as he lay eyes upon the wound. "Oh, Askell you -" He spluttered over all sorts of potential insults, but eventually settled upon the least insulting "- Reckless dummy what did you do?" The wound was large, it did not appear the sort of gash made by a mere wolf or a misstep of the paw.

The yearling circled his brother, eyeing the wound from each angle. How the fuck was he supposed to fix this? He'd hardly had instruction past scrapes, bruises and thorns, and a rudimentary understanding of herbs. No matter, he wasn't going to turn away a patient - especially not his brother. "Come in! How long ago did this happen?" Jigsaw trotted briskly back into his den, searching anxiously through the herbs and supplies that rested on the wall shelving and hoped the dust hadn't collected too heavily on the important stuff.

"Thinking"
"You."
