"This isn't my life!" He snapped back at the man as he finished his words, his seething anger hissing through clenched teeth. Everyone looked at him weird, like he belonged but didn't. Almost like they didn't want him here, but for a reason far deeper than he understood. The only one that seemed to tolerate him was, unfortunately, Sirius. Others chose not to confront him or leave when he came around, though it hardly bothered him. Except for now, when he'd literally rather be talking to anyone else.

When he continued, it took everything Magnus had not to charge at the man. Actually, the only thing really stopping him was the fact that this man was so much larger and bared fangs that far surpassed the size and strength of his own. Missing half a leg? Not a worry on his part at the moment. Right now, he just wanted him to shut up with his lies. "That's impossible! I've never seen anything like you in my actual life!" His teeth clacked together one final time, his fur bristling as he dared the man to tell him more lies.
