Since she'd been on her best behaviour and brought in a mighty fine haul of fish it was only right that Azure take her out to stretch her legs beyond the Armada's borders. He'd wandered off for a while, hadn't told her where he went, but honestly Hanako just wasn't the sort to stick her nose where it didn't belong. If he didn't feel like telling her then whatever, as long as he came back to her safe and in one piece she could manage just fine. Absence made the heart grow fonder, so the saying went.
Having Azure accompany her was probably for the best, with each passing day her heat became all the more present and pressing, harder to ignore and even worse to sideline. She didn't doubt her own restraint, but could the same be said for a stranger? That and a bag full of fish wasn't enough to earn her freedom just yet, this was a simple treat, nothing more and nothing less.
Leading the way with a carefree prance, Hanako made a point of glancing over her shoulder as she went. Longing looks with a curious spark, she wished she could read his mind to know what thoughts whirled behind his stormy blue eyes, whether he was growing tired of her seemingly aimless meandering. If he was then too bad, she wasn't done quite yet.
Slowing to a walk, Hanako happened to come across an entrance of some sorts in the mountainside, a metal door slanted open just enough to reveal a sliver of darkness within. She took a hesitant sniff and was surprised at how clean the air smelled, void of that musty old air scent. Strange. As far as she could tell no one had happened by recently, there were no tracks of trails winding in or out and after pawing at the door Hanako realised she didn't have the strength to pull it open herself. Not that she'd tried all that hard, to be honest.
She'd been a little curious before but now she was itching to have a good nose around. Turning to face her Fatalis shadow, Hanako batted her eyelashes. More than willing to lay it on thick to get what she wanted.
"Azure, could you open this for me? Please?"
