She started up the massaging she had paused somewhere amidst their conversation, pressing her paws at the base of his spine where his neck started. “Relax, my Lord, I’m sure our Warlord will be along with dinner soon, and it sounds as though the journey home will be a long one.” She encouraged him.

She moved a paw to push gently at his side, indicating for him to lie flat on his belly once more. She had learnt tireless energy for such tasks, and planned to continue it for some time. Perhaps once Sirius came back with their food, her young master would need to be roused from a slumber started by her paws.
