Though she loved him very dearly, there was no denying Ophie made a point of avoiding Sirius whenever she could get away with it. She knew he didn't approve of how low she'd sunken and that he might even have some choice words about it, but was it so wrong she wanted to protect herself? To hide from the hurt he could so easily inflict? Whether intentional or not. Her ears flicked back as guilt wracked at her insides, she already felt backed into a corner knowing that he was calling for only her but maybe this wasn't a bad thing. He didn't sound mad or anything and she wasn't in trouble as far as she could tell, there was only so much a howl could convey...
Sighing she heaved herself up onto her paws and did a poor job of shaking the dirt off her coat. There was always time to lay in puddles later, wasn't like they were going anywhere with weather like this. All grey and despondent, like it would start to rain again any moment now. Trundling along, Ophie made her way to the Plains and was quick to spot the looming figure of the Warlord. He was not alone, by his side stood a smaller wolf with a dark coat dappled with koi-like markings. Ophie was immediately reminded of Hanako and idly wondered if they were friends; if all koi-wolves were slim and dainty on their paws.
She trudged closer, hesitance slowing her steps. What was it they needed her for? "Um..hello."
