Atom bombs come raining down

Kali was feeling rather bored and couldn’t sleep. Seeing as her family was largely nocturnal, it was odd to see her up and about in the daytime and while there were surely other Habari wolves out and about that she could satiate herself with, she wanted something with a little more...excitement. And, what better way to do that than with a good old fashioned spar? So, she headed toward the battlefield.

Her long and limber legs carried her across the relatively short distance from her packlands to the designated area. She sincerely hoped she wasn’t wasting her time with the travels. As much as she loved Abigor, her nile monitor lizard, he wasn’t necessarily the fastest so the trip took much longer than it would have if it was just her. But, he was a loyal lizard and she didn’t normally make a trip this far out, so she could be patient.

Luckily, however, as she got closer a call rang into the air. The voice seemed to be around her age but distinctly male and she smirked. Ah, perfect. Perhaps she could work her charms on him during the fight. She started across the expanse, but with a chuff to Abigor she began to take off at a run. Hopefully she could take the large glowing boy by surprise. He seemed to be well equipped with various mutations that would make it tricky to take him on, but surely with Abigor and Abaddon on her side to distract his two companions she would come out victorious. With a growl, she launched herself at him, aiming to sink her teeth into his back heel while Abbadon slithered from her neck and went for his weird looking deer companion, while Abigor went for the Akita.
