The New Activity/Inactivity System

I'm always sure to keep pups active when I come across them because I'm aware of limitations and the process of adopting a new, young character C:

And yes, you're exempt if you post in the absence board. Upon return you're required to meet the activity standards for the cycle after you return. For example say you're gone and you come back august 15th, you don't have to worry about activity from the 15th-20th but you'll be expected to meet the standard from the 20th-30th. Get what I mean? These'll be added to the update.
