Jynn dug into the earth but found herself slipping in the mud. Her large ears picked up the sounds of someone closing in fast and in some way she was almost relieved. She wanted to fight, she could fight and she didn't appreciate being used as Álarr's messenger when they were mostly acquaintances. Fireside didn't mean anything to her. Sure if she managed to escape she'd pass on the message but she hadn't sparred in so long and now she had a chance to show these men what she could do.

Jynn shifted her weight to her front paws, quickly pivoting her hind legs around so she could face her opponent. In doing so she moved her hind quarters out of the way of the clouded leopard. However, she didn't have enough time to also dodge Azure. His chest collided into her left flank. She winced at the pain and the bruises that were sure to form but used the push from his chest to aid her in pivoting her hind end behind her. She then kicked off and aimed low, a fairly easy task considering the height difference. She twisted her head, seeking to grab hold of Azure's upper thigh, where it connected to his side. Utilizing her long neck to avoid the spikes and making sure to keep her tail tucked.
