Avoiding A Deluge

Jynn was glad to make it out west where winter's bite had yet to fully seize the land. To make her way to the dunes she first had to cross a deep ravine. She climbed down into the deep brown ravine. Ahead of her she could see darkness were caves branched out from the side of the ravine. Large roots roped through the ceiling here and there but what caught her attention was the water. The sun illuminated a small rocky hill from which several small turquoise waterfalls were flowing down into a rushing river. It was humid down here but not unpleasant considering the winter weather elsewhere. She padded over to the river to take a quick drink.
