All things leafy and pretty

Unbeknownst to Lillith, Romulus had also been tasked with working with the gathering team, thanks to his basic working knowledge of herbs and botany. While he had initially been less than pleased with the menial task, finding out that Lillith was also going to be helping out almost made the flower picking worth it! He came back to the gardens where his adventures with the Hallows had all begun some months ago and spotted the cluster of wolves already getting to work. Most importantly though, he spotted the alabaster and silver girl he was aiming to surprise. He considered sneaking up and giving her a kiss, but he didn't think she'd appreciate him ousting their budding emotions to everyone else so publicly.

Creeping up behind her, Roman grinned and announced his presence by saying, "You look a little disappointed, gorgeous. Didn't see who you were looking for?" He snickered and flashed his roguish grin to her as he nudged her side with his shoulder gently. Silver eyes turned down to the plants she was examining, finding that the gardens had bloomed significantly since they were last here. Wildflowers and medicinal plants were growing in abundance! "What are we looking for?" he asked.
