Bishop hopped up onto the sill beside Prose and gave a little burble before ruffling his feathers and settling down. Bowen looked to Haiku as he refused to let her sleep on the floor. She was trying to make things easier for both of them, but she understood that his chivalry meant something to him. The girl nodded and shyly motioned to the giant bed. "It's big enough for both of us to share." They could easily sleep on the bed without touching.
Bowen was the first to leap onto the wide bed, the fur covered mattress sinking just a bit beneath her minimal weight. The russet girl gave a few turns and curled up in a little ball in the corner of the bed. Laying there left a ton of space for Haiku to get comfortable. He could curl up, stretch out, sprawl to his hearts content. Bowen had become used to taking up as little room as possible. Ships weren't exactly spacious.
