She came across him, watching for a few minutes as he laid in slumber. She didn't know how much time had passed since she had seen him, or anyone for that matter. Time didn't seem to be much of an issue here, not for her. Though in the living world? She had no idea how many minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, or even if years had already passed. Whatever the case, she didn't feel ravaged by old age. She was young and spry here, amber gaze blazing with life in a sense. She felt like she did in her younger years, but with a clearer mind as she enjoyed her life on this ethereal plane. She lived as she did when she was alive, hunting even though she didn't need to eat. Taking naps in her perceived warmth of the sun among fields of lush greenery. But the best part? She got to see the family she had lost so many years ago. They were here, too. And now, her old friend. Whether he knew he was visiting or not, she nudged him with a gentle paw as a playful smile drew up her features. "Time to wake up, old man." They had been through a lot of shit, and although they weren't the closest, she still held him in high regard and respected him. After all, he had helped her through a lot.
