Algoma Prairie

Jynn released her hold on the bird, stepping away as she licked the blood off her teeth. "There now you can get your drumst-" The child shrieked and Jynn blinked rapidly as she tried to process what was wrong. It sounded like he wanted to eat part of it so she'd assumed it wasn't a pet but at the blood curdling look the boy gave her she realized she made a mistake. "Oh, oh sorry, I didn't mean-" She didn't get a chance to finish as the boy lunged for her. With a yelp Jynn spun on her heels and sprinted across the prairie, just managing to dodge the boy's attack. Her long legs ate up the distance, slowing only as she came to the brambles and quietly stepped inside to hide.
