Dime's response to his question made a short laugh slip from his lips. Nodding his head in agreement, Gil met Dime's bright gaze with his own. He liked how tough the smaller wolf was and his perseverance made Gil admire him even more. "Good thing we didn't let it get away," the larger wolf mused, enjoyment in his tone as he finished his second piece with slobbery ease. Licking the blood and sinew from his lips, he casually watched Dime retrieve another piece from the sheep.

He supposed they should have skinned and saved the fur of the sheep, but he was not finessed in that skill, nor did he really care to keep it. Looking their prey over, he was glad a cold had settled into the valley; the meat would be saved a little bit longer than had it been in the dead of winter. Pulled from his thoughts by Dime's question, Gil's ears pressed forward. Glancing over to the male with a devious smirk, he nodded once more. "More like love it," he chuckled, eyeing Dime carefully. Was he going to suggest a friendly spar between them?
