Jynn was quick to leap aboard and Hattori followed suit, his talons clicking against the old wood as he landed. It groaned beneath his weight but aside from a bit of grumbling protest he did not think it would collapse just yet. Tipping his head back he eyed the ruffling sails, tattered at the edges and yellowed by the ages. How long had this been here? It was truly hard to say, but even then it looked older than the buildings he'd seen. Made from more primitive materials.
Tangles of ropes were strewn about the deck and Hattori took care not to catch his paw as he made his way across from one side to the other.
"Nothing like this." He took a moment to pause and sniffed at the wood of the railing, breathed so deep nothing but the salt ridden smell of wood filled his lungs. It was telling, a clue to what this thing was for. "If I had to guess...this thing belonged in the sea. It reeks of salt water."
