Gossamer inwardly swore as the older woman shifted. There was very little time to move but Gossamer was able to adjust by twisting her head farther to the side. Her fangs sank deep in the older woman's upper arm, right into the deltoid. As she twisted Pyralis fangs cut the left side of her, right across temple but she'd take the wound. She had a deep hold on the older woman. Certain in her strength Gossamer coiled her back legs and kicked off hard seeking to wrench her head and twist the deltoid muscle right off the trespasser. As she moved she worked to keep her defenses as set as she could, knowing Pyralis would retaliate at any moment.
