Teeth clicked together as Venom met his bite in the middle, causing a brief tangle of fangs before they pulled apart. Hattori was a hard man to read, but it made sense that Venom was capable of it. Knowing and familiar in her gaze, if anyone deserved to be aware of his weaknesses it was her.

Opting to use Hattori's size and weight against him, the Empress began to grapple with his form. Paws kicking and pushing, hoping to topple his weight out from under him, it was a clever tactic and not one he'd faced before. But the Shogun was eager to see how his brute strength methods would fare against it and so responded accordingly. Making a grab for her, Hattori raised over limb over her shoulders and the other between her front legs. His talons carded through the softness of her fur as he shoved, hard, hoping to pin her own whilst maintaining his own sense of balance. Either one could fall, the next few passing seconds would reveal all.
