Turning her chin so she could spot the area he was motioning to, she nodded in response. Not far off, water burbled over an edge, the bluff just within sight. Everything seemed to fade away as she honed in on their finish line. While not having a lot of experience in racing, her previous races had given her some sort of idea of what they entailed. Turning her body so that she was shoulder to shoulder with Sunder, it wasn't a moment later that he was counting down to start. Not quite ready, the hairless dog got a one-step start. As his voice called out to them, her paws hit the dirt. Stretching out her legs with ears flat to her skull, she raced after him. While his lack of hair may be an advantage, her own slender body was fast and improving day by day.
