Before Avantika could land her charge, Jynn moved out of the way. She was faster than her; that much was obvious. Her teeth found their mark around her scruff, achieving a solid hold. The patchwork foundling wasn't going to give up, and she twisted in turn, her muzzle reaching to try to grip Jynn's neck as well. Maybe they'd get stuck like that. Simultaneously, she would push her own body to the side, trying to shove her opponent. If she could push Jynn over, she would, even if they both ended up on the ground. She didn't like grabs much, and this was why. Too close, too hard to get out of. But she used them herself plenty, so she couldn't be too irritated.
