Here? Out here?

After the strange anomaly that had caused the crabs and seals to glow and give chase to himself and Aliana, Chimera felt the need to inspect the place on his own. He needed to be sure that the thread was gone and wouldn't remain. If it had been there, he would have had to warn his family away from the cove. Thankfully, there wasn't hide nor hair of the blue fireflies, glowing crabs or lifeless seals. With his inspection complete, Chimera began to make his way back towards home.

Wide paws pushed the man through the various tidepools until he was on a flat stretch of beach between the pools and the stretch of sparse forest that would take him back to the island. As he moved along, his mismatched gaze landed upon another moving figure. Being on high alert due to recent events, the two-toned brute put on a bit of speed, his lope eating up the distance between himself and an earthen colored man. The brown man wasn't as large as he was, but it didn't matter. To a king, everyone was small. "You there..." Chimera came before the man, placing himself right in the brown brute's path. "I am Chimera, King of Fenmyre. Who might you be?"
