Gil wasted no time in pouncing forward, and his teeth snagged in Dime's shoulder. His neck was thus available to Dime, and he set his own teeth in his opponent's scruff. Pulling upward enough to hurt but not to wound, he shook his head back and forth to try to remove the bigger man's jaws off of their grip. He didn't think it was going to work since he was so much heavier, but he had to try. His body curled around Gil's with only a few inches of space between them. Letting go of his scruff, Dime changed his pace. One of his back legs would stretch up as he hopped, possibly ending up on the middle of Gil's back, pushing down to try to make the man fall.
