Changing Winter

Serenity getting startled made her even more startled and she was back to breathing heavily with her heart pounding again. Blue was gripping onto her scruff to keep from getting thrown off with all her jumps and spooks and was grumbling with irritation about getting brought out here in the first place. She looked to Serenity when the woman suggested that they get out of there and she was more than happy to agree, nodding eagerly. "Yeah, lets go," she said before turning and high tailing it out of there, hurrying away from the glowing gardens and back up toward the castle. Luckily they weren't far from home, but she still wanted no part of this whole strange, glowing, mysterious phenomenon that was happening. All of it was too unsettling for her taste whether she was still dealing with her own trauma or not. The sooner she was back inside the castle with several closed doors between her and anything that glowed the better.
