The girl popped up to her feet, frowning at him for some reason he couldn't fathom. He shrugged one shoulder awkwardly. "Ok, sure, you can come with me then?" He didn't really wait for a reply, turning and stumping his way into the crypt and figuring if she really wanted to come along she would. She did seem worried about the fireflies though, so he paused and said over his shoulder without quite looking at her. "Uhm, if it makes you feel better, I don't think those are really bugs or anything. I think they're just lights. Doesn't seem like there's anything else there. But I don't know. I just want to see if there are bones because they eat meat? You know? And bats don't hurt wolves so you don't have anything to worry about him." It seemed like that all should make her feel better about venturing back into someplace that obviously scared her. After all, she couldn't be scared about the bones themselves, could she be? There were bones in everything she ate, she had to see them all the time, right?
