As he'd expected, Dime was unable to move the giant's head even an inch. There were benefits to being big; he had to admit that. It irritated him that Gil chuckled, though he probably would have in his place. He didn't like being mocked. It didn't matter. It had just made him even more determined to win.

His paw kicked at Gil's back, and the man let go and moved back, making Dime grin. But it didn't take long for him to be attacked again, Gil's jaws snapping near his forearm. Dime jumped back and lunged back in himself, trying to get Gil's nose in his mouth.
