Don't accept mushrooms from random strangers

Octave had to admit he'd come back at a very awkward time. Noko was perched in her usual spot on his back, resting her chin on her front paws which were resting on his skull. The man still felt like he owed it to Theory to help out before he finally returned Kite's side. But with all the weird shit that had been happening as of late it seemed his journey would be delayed. He had a duty to at the very least offer his services in case something more came of this. Which was perhaps why he was here now...

Octave hadn't failed to notice the clusters of mushrooms popping up all over the place. He had a mind to figure out something about them, he was curious what their effects might be. Which of course he had no way of knowing if they'd be good or bad... Octave moved through the thicket, planting himself near a small cluster that had grown in the shade of a shrub. "What do you think Noko?" He asked, not even sure he should touch one.
