Avantika still hadn't figured out what to do about the knights' training. She'd have to make it mandatory, she guessed. That would get more participants. But she didn't know what the consequences ought to be for not being there. She didn't want to kick anyone out of the pack, but they shouldn't be in the rank of a defender of the Hallows if they couldn't defend the Hallows. Maybe that was it. Any knight that didn't improve their skills would lose their rank and be demoted to Kin. She'd have to talk with Artorias about that.

To be honest, she resented the knights who didn't show up a little. Did they think she didn't deserve to be calling them together? She wasn't used to talking like a superior yet. She kind of liked the power and respect, but she also kind of thought it was weird to behave as if she was better than others. Although, if they couldn't even try to improve themselves, maybe she was better than them.

As she thought, she wandered around the castle, eventually meeting a black wolf. "Hello," she said. She needed a break from thinking about the training anyway.
