Pick a Pack of Pickled...Shrooms?

To his relief...the mushroom seemed to calm his burning insides. He sighed with relief and sunk to the ground, suddenly feeling tired from his very weird ordeal. That was the last time he was going to eat random things. He looked at Idu, just to make sure she was normal and not all..spider leggy, and to his relief, she appeared pretty normal now. Looking past her, he spotted a firefly and as he watched it, a cloaked figure suddenly appeared. He stood in surprise, ears flicking back as he half reared.

The creature spoke to him, presenting a table with three items on it...at first, Balian was hesitant to approach, but curiosity got the better of him and the firefly creature didn't seem dangerous...but then again, neither did the mushrooms. He still felt awful after his encounter with the mushrooms, so he wondered if maybe that would affect him in the future or not..."These items certainly look tempting...but..." He thought about it for a moment, then an idea dawned on him. "Do you perhaps have anything that might give me a better chance with the wolves in these lands?" Perhaps something that would make him stronger. Or more dangerous so those beasts would think twice about trying to hunt him down. "I don't have much, but I can offer what I do have, and a favor if needed."
