To her surprise, the horned, glowing Ashen boy showed up to her challenge. She’d fought him before and seen him at several functions, though each one looked like he’d been brought there after pulling teeth, but this time he seemed much more comfortable. He brought along his companions and his claws as before and she watched as he stretched, with some amusement. She didn’t think that a wolf his size could even fold himself into the positions that he did. Then, he was lurching at her, strong forelegs out stretched to try and drag her to the ground beneath him. While it wasn’t an unpleasant thought, she wasn’t there for shenanigans, she was there to win. Her lithe frame allowed to nimbly duck out of the way, the fur of his body brushing against hers as she narrowed escaped his clutches. Her head whipped around to try and grab onto his hind leg in an attempt to pull it out from under him, hoping to use his bulk against him.
