She stared upon the wraith with apprehension as he trembled with his own inner laughter, his chest quaking with the motions. Jupiter took a deep breath as his sarcastic remark slipped from him, dripping with what she took as insult. Eyes narrowed and gaze hardened as she stared coldly at the brute. His next volley of conceited dialogue made her chin raise at the slightest. After a brief moment, her lips curled upwards in a smile as she hid a deep breath behind a calming countenance. Despite being a manipulator herself, she had forgotten when to stop and know that she was on the receiving end.



"And how did one such as yourself come about such an olden kingdom?" she inquired, curiosity staining her features, ears pushing forth, stance still neutral as she decided to use the brute for information on what she had been unable to upkeep.
