This locked up stuff was for the birds. From the moment that her father threw her in this cage, Scylla screamed and wailed and railed against the door. Sickly green ooze poured from her eyes, nose, mouth and ears. It poured from the cut on her shoulder that she'd received while slamming herself against the bars. "Let me ooooooouuuuuuutttt!" The young child screamed, her mismatched eyes wide and her teeth bared. She snapped at the bars with her teeth and one of them went flying. It was a good thing that these were just her puppy teeth and they would grow back.
The girl shuddered and spun. The cell that she was in was dark and she was all alone and the longer she looked at the black corners of the space, the more it seemed like that blackness was moving. From outside, she could hear the movement of others so she knew that she wasn't alone, but she was definitely alone in here. The blue and cream child sidled up to the wall separating herself from the others. She pressed her eye up to a crack and noted a glow coming from the other side, but she could see little else. She decided that she needed to get over there. Glow meant light and light kept darkness away.
Scylla looked up and the gods seemed to smile down upon her. High up, one of the large blocks was missing from the wall. She'd have to climb, but she could definitely fit through the hole. With her dexterous little digits, the girl picked her way up the wall. Being so young, she was rather light and her toes and claws made the climb easier than if she'd been born normal. In time, Scylla had her small body up the wall like a spider and was squeezing through the hole. One on the other side, she couldn't exactly go down the same way, so Scylla ended up falling, her little frame crashing to the ground on her back. She gasped and cried out, the luminescent fluid coming from her body splashing on the wall and floor like vibrant paint.
Scylla should be seen as a very adult character who will indulge in acts that others may find graphic and uncomfortable. Steer clear if you don't like this sort of thing.
